Got referred to Core Concepts by doctor due to lower back pain that caused discomfort down the legs. The physiotherapy sessions with Grace and Felicia were great and my condition improved significantly within a month. Besides the massages to release the lower back tension, there were also exercise sessions which taught me how to use my core and protect my back from future injuries.

Have been seeing Felicia, Sylvia and Sarita for a month (and counting) for my bad posture and it’s always a delight to be here.Sylvia is friendly yet very professional and has helped cleared up my aching back and shoulders so so much. The exercises Felicia planned each week for me were very useful and she has been super patient in guiding me through my exercises. I especially appreciate the extra effort she puts in to video down the exercises when I do them, and send them to me with instructions on what and how to practise. Sarita has helped me with the remedial massage and she was great and easy to talk to too!Joanna at the receptionist is also very nice and friendly, not to mention very efficient at settling my appointments. Their booking system is rather client-friendly as once the dates are booked in, they were able to email me the dates and timings in a split second!On the facilities at Tampines - they are awesome. The gym area is huge with full length windows, natural light and very well-equipped.Highly recommend Core Concepts and especially this Tampines branch!

I am a 4 time per week gym attendee and also walk around 20 km per week. I came to Core concepts with heel tenderness and ankle impingement. Samuel first saw me and I had a series of physio, massage and fascial acupuncture before seeing Felicia for retraining of hip and kinetic chain complex to improve activation during walking. I have seen excellent improvement in hip strength and flexibility through a series of lunging with bosu ball, and weighted lawn mower pulls to fix obvious internal rotation in the left hip on weight bearing and balancing activity. I will keep the work up to improve this strength and mind muscle connection. I will keep working with Samuel now to assess ongoing progress. Well done core concepts!!!

Not the usual inpatient physio that only teaches pain management exercises. Core concept Therapist perform some massage in aligning muscle too. Opted for Core concept due to location convenience for my knee issue after specialist referral, seen Ken for only three sessions so far, not only my knee problem gone, Ken was kind enough to help out my back problem which I had since my fall… I encounter back cramps after 10-15 min walk which specialist and TCM can’t help, I thought I could only live with it. Ken massage my back for two sessions… here I am writing my review after my 1 hour walk in a cafe. I can’t thank him enough for “reviving” me. I strongly recommend to see Ken as one of your option, I’m not sure if he can help you but I’m sure it’s worth a visit! I wished I got to see him earlier.Oh not to forget the front desk staff who are always welcoming and friendly!
